Additional Description: Designed to feel like a fresh and comfortable beach home rather than a rental, this cottage -- and it's twin rental beach cottage next door -- is furnished with a level of detail and quality beyond what you typically see in vacation rentals. Indeed, a travel writer who stayed at our cottages said our cottages are "tastefully decorated with many personal touches" and "immaculate." Living room (with cable TV/DVD/VCR/CD), dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen have hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and plenty of comfortable seating for quietly relaxing, reading or watching movies together. The spacious dining and living room area opens to a large porch furnished as an outdoor room with a cafe table and four chairs, loveseat & glider chair surrounded by a small private yard with charcoal grill. Guests say our kitchens are among the best-equipped they've seen, with all the equipment you need (including crockpot, wafflemaker, crepe maker, electric frying pan, iron & ironing board & more) and dinnerware (as well as fun plastic dinnerware) to cook a romantic dinner for two or a feast for a group. Full-size washer & dryer. When you want time alone, retreat to the privacy of your bedroom. All are comfortably furnished with cozy quilts, ceiling fans, and cable TV/VCR/CD. Master bedroom has king bed, phone, private travertine-tiled full bath, and French doors opening to front porch. The two other bedrooms (one has a queen bed and twin bed, and the other has 2 twin beds that can be used separately or brought together to make one large bed) are decorated in a charming blue, yellow, and white beach cottage theme. Our winter guests who've stayed here before say the fishing from the beach 200 yards away is awesome. If you need to stay in touch, we have wireless Internet for our guests.Utilities:
