Scenic View: From the balcony you can see the U.S.S. Lexington, Aquarium, the city skyline, Padre Island, etc. You can see perhaps 20 miles in all directions. From the living room, hall, and kitchen you can see the water. It is very serene and very beautiful. You are able to sit and watch ships going in and out of the ship canal from the balcony. I guarantee that from the balcony you will see sea gulls, herons, and pelicans. In-Residence Entertainment:

Vacume cleaner is provided. Anything else needed, just let me know and I will try to provide it (within reason). The resort is undergoing some remodeling. Inside the unit, the 2 pools, the 2 hot tubs, and the beach are fine but the outside ceiling tile is being repaired. The Villa is a work in progress. Additional Description: There is a 2 night minimum stay. However, there is a 3 night minimum for summer holiday weekends (memorial day, labor day, 4th of July if on the Monday or Friday) and the summer rate applies to Easter weekend. This unit is right on the beach. You could drop something from the balcony and it will land on the beach. Sit on the balcony and hear the ocean waves. This unit has a view of 20 miles in each direction. All units in this complex have a view of the bay. The bayfronts (beachfronts) have a view of everything. It is the ultimate in privacy, end unit, top floor (one unit to right, and one below only. Corpus Christi, the largest coastal city in Texas averages 288 sunfilled days a year. Yet Corpus Christi Beach is a quiet sleepy beach just moments away from downtown and its shopping and nightlife. Average tempertures for January are high 66 and low 46.
