Additional Description: A perfect retreat for Snowbirds on Florida's Hidden Coast.This home has been recently updated. There are two king size, and two single beds in the home. Two of the bedrooms have TV’s. A large screened porch covers the back of the home facing the water. There is a roughly 200 ft. long private dock that you may fish from, or tie off a boat. Many Speckled Sea Trout and Red Fish have been caught off this dock. This home features about 200 ft of waterfront on Apalachicola Bay. About ¼ mile off the shore is a ribbon of sand and grass called Bird Island, a nesting area in the spring for many seabirds including pelicans. The home is located in Lanark Village, a small community with a mix of retiree and vacation homes. About 5 miles east is Carrabelle Fl. where most necessities like groceries and gas can be found. 30 miles east is the historic town of Apalachicola with many interesting shops and restaurants featuring local arts and foods.
